Hey guys. Anyone know of any workout routine to bulk up your wrists? My arms have bulked up nicely but I have really small wrists. Nothing I've done has had any effect. Im thinking I probably am gonna be stuck with small wrists but I thought I would ask.

You're not gonna like this, but wrists are just bone and sinew, not much you can do. You can try lever lifts to attempt to train the tendons a bit but the results will probably be minimal. Careful because it's easy to overdo it on the wrist lifting dumbells that way.

Yeah. I will agree with kylo here. I have small wrists myself, and even before I transitioned the only time my wrists were meaty was when I was obese. Even at that point my thumb and index finger still overlapped when wrapped around my own wrists.

At least I'm living proof that even cis males can have super tiny wrists. Though I suppose that doesn't help much. :-/

I have smaller wrists too which used to bother me. Like other posters have said, you can't change the part of your wrist that's just bone and tendons since there's nothing to work with there but you do have flexor and extensor muscles in your forearms which run up towards the side and underside of your wrists. Wrist curls, finger curls and grip strength training like plate pinches are supposed to help build those. Supposedly a lot of body builders prefer having smaller wrists because it makes their hands and forearms look bigger.

Any time people make jokes about Trump, I feel conscious of my hands and wrists, not even kidding. Even when people thought I was a girl, they´d say: ooooh you have such tiny hands and wrists!

Thankfully, I think, that is not an area people often pay attention to. Unless you´re Trump.  ;D

This probably isn't what you're really looking for but a watch might help offset that some, at least mentally. I found that something that has some heft and has the right lug sizes so it doesn't look like I'm wearing something 3 sizes too big really helps me not think about mine as much.

For classic style, check out things that have a "turtle" shape - they'll be heftier without looking out of place. Or even a Casio MDV-106 (sub $40) might work. For sport, a g-shock would do the trick.
