I started estriadol and spiro like 2 weeks ago and all my muscles feel really weird..  I'm really active and do boxing, muay thai, and sword fighting, but I havn't been doing any of those b/c every night and every morning all my muscles are super sore. Everyday is feels like a overexercised the previous day when actually I've been getting far less exercise than normal..  Is that like a common thing? I've also been sleeping a lot more than normal.

I'm going back to my doctor in a couple of weeks and I'll ask him but I was just wondering if estrogen/spiro made anyone else feel like that they had been running marathons when they actually hadn't?

It'll take around 6 weeks or so for levels to stabilise and then you'll have a better idea of where you're at.

Don't forget with starting HRT you're starting puberty 2.0 so some lethargy isn't surprising - definitely do mention it to your doc at your next visit.

To put things simple when the testosterone in your body goes away, that is what fuels your stamina, alot of energy, strength.  Without it you will tire quicker, have less energy, and be weaker.  It will inevitably affect your martial arts.  Why do you think as a general whole women aren't as strong as men, and they have to work harder at physical tasks?  Its not impossible, but it does make it more difficult .

If this is a concern, understand without testosterone fueling your body you're going to have to rethink some things.  I still do martial arts, but I also tire quickly and my muscles are sore as well.
