Unfortunately, I don't have the femme hair, I have body hair all over, and I have a small man belly. Also, I can't do a lot of stuff without coming out to my mom or even dad.
I also have people who I see every day of the week.
Learn how to shave or depilate the body hair. If you ever do transition you are going to have to do that anyway, and it is a necessary first step in looking feminine. I've been on hormones a year and I still have to shave my arms and legs regularly.
Work off the belly. Count your calories. You would be shocked how many calories most junk food has if you read the fine print on the package. Exercise. There are lots of easy fitness videos on Youtube, especially if you want to work muscles to look more feminine. This was one of the big things I did before I started hormones.
And the easiest way to start dressing female is with panties. I had been wearing men's bikini underwear from Jockey for years and years. So I just quietly switched from the men's bikini underwear to the women's string bikini underwear, still from Jockey, which looks almost the same anyway. Even before hormones, it turned out the women's underwear fit me better than the men's underwear did anyway.
Get your underwear game going first. It is impossible to wear women's skinny jeans or shorts over a pair of men's boxers or briefs, so start with the underwear. Then if that works, move on to jeans, and try to fit some women's T shirts into the mix.
