Hello, I've been trying to send a personal message but when I do it says that I'm not allowed to do it, is my account not verified or is this a bug?

If you read the links after the post I made in your other thread, you will see that you need 15 quality posts before messaging becomes active. If we find you post padding (just making posts to gain features) we will disable your ability to PM and your access to your profile.

You can't send or reply to messages. You can only receive them.
