Chemist got my prescription wrong (again)

For whatever reason the discount chemists in my area have great difficulty processing prescriptions correctly. This time instead of one box of two Testogel pump bottles I got two boxes of the sachets. Unfortunately I couldn't get them to fill it correctly as I was out and flying interstate the next day.

Now, this may seem like a stupid question but can I just empty the sachets into an old pump bottle? It just seems so much more convenient that way and if my doctor decides my dose needs to change I'm not screwed.

If the dose adds up to the same number then I don't see why not.

My GP office got my prescription wrong a few times even when writing testogel clearly on my prescription request form. Putting a note underneath stating 'not testim' made sure that the mistake never happened again.

They/them pronouns preferred.

Got to wonder if there's somewhere you can report error's like that. I'd imagine it would cause them at least some pain if you did.
