Forgive me if this is too explicit, but I did have a post op question for those gals out there.  I've noticed when I'm 'having fun' I produce lubrication in ... more than enough amounts for dilation/insertion if I so desire.  I didn't have the colon resegmenting thing either.  I notice most of it appears to occur on the proximal (front end portion) of the vaginal canal facing the stomach, and it seems to lubricate the vaginal canal as well as the labia.  I've also noticed on the times I stopped HRT the production diminished to nearly stopped.  Post op 15+ years.

My 'question' is, I'm curious if it is the same texture/smell/etc.. as cis women in this regards.  I've heard some post ops have natural lubrication, while others don't produce any at all.  Curious what your experiences are in this.

Interesting and it makes sense.  I do not produce enough natural lubrication and so still use KY consistently.  Smell changes with health and body chemistry but is similar to natal women, in my experience at least.

Yes I have similar natural lube production. They say a lot of surgeons preserve the 'cowpers gland' which produces this.

For me though, it's not enough for dilation or sex so I still use lube as well.

Yes me too, I am always slightly moist down there,  I don't feel I have ever had any odour problems and sometimes I do try a finger test and smell when getting in the shower.I have never smelt a cis vagina, but I feel I smell OK. I do produce moisture from sexual foreplay, but it is from urethea and the more play the more moisture, upon getting close to climax it does flow a lot. I have done clitoral masturbation, still with my panties on and when I fully reached the end my panties were really wet, I don't actually squirt as some girls say they can,but I do have a good moisture release. We have tried sex without lube, with lots of foreplay, it was OK, but we have so much fun  even applying lube, let alone when he enters me and then proceeds to come inside me. I feel my everday moisture, is now the make up of the natural flora within my body accepting what is now down there. There is never amounts of discharge or stain in the cotton gusset lining in my pantinies, somedays a little stain is noticable or it varies to berely nothing, but never enough to look bad or require a liner, although I do use liners after dilation and sex, after what my man leaves in there.

It is very similar between me and my wife, but that's all I can really say, as I haven't been near another vagina in many years. (I also do lubricate more with penetration, just as she does, so it's possible to have penetrative sex without lube these days.)
