I'm on medroxyprogesterone, yea ik not good for you and I don't want to hear a lecture about that, just want to know if I can take it sublingually to increase my progesterone levels.

No, take it with water and milk and with food. It probably increases bio availability by twofold, if its anything like other progestins.
HRT start: 03.02.2013. GRS (and BA) date: 9.13.2017.

* Thanks Obama! Seriously, without him (and PA Gov. Wolf!) and expanded Medicaid, I would never accumulated the $30,000 needed to to afford surgery.

No, just take it with food. It's just like taking Spiro. Food increases the dose that stays in your system.
At what point did my life go Looney Tunes? How did it happen? Who's to blame?... Batman, that's who. Batman! It's always been Batman! Ruining my life, spoiling my fun! >:-)

Why is it bad? When i took it i just took it with water normally after i ate, but sometimes just with water. I just took my spiro and progesterone in the same sitting.

There would be no advantage to taking it sublingually.  The first pass liver metabolism is not an issue like it can be for the estradiol.  Take with food as Harley says.

It's not necessarily bad but some have some problems with it (if I'm remembering  it right, look up Harley Quinn's posts for one).

The micronized form of progesterone  [Prometrium] is generally less problematic but also more expensive so usually will start with the medroxyprogesterone as most can tolerate it

The oral bioavailabilty of Medroxyprogesterone acetate is close to 100% (in contrast to about 5% for bio-identical progesterone) so there is no point of taking it sublingually. Food or no food makes no difference.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience
