To go on a 3 week visit to family.  She is babysitting my parents dog, going to 4 graduation open houses, and doing 2 baby showers, amongst other things.  What I am worried about is that she has been unsure of what to do with our relationship, and I'm afraid she will like being away from the real me, and want to stay that way.  I love her, and will go with whatever she decides.  I want to stay with her, she has been good for me on opening up about myself to myself and my family.  She has been helpful to my transition despite not liking it.  She says she still loves me, and always will, but she married a man, and is not into women.  I'm so worried, and I miss her already.

There is another possibility. She may discover what it's like to be away from you and will realize that she still wants you as part of her life. Only time will tell but there is still hope.

This is just one of the personal costs of transition. Other people may not accept us in our new life.

Thank you ladies.  That bit of perspective is just what I needed to calm down a bit about it.

I know my wife loves me.  I am a bit of a worrier.
