Using my forum profile. Me as a male before surgery then from left to right the changes over the last year. I can still see myself but think I look like a female now.

I don't think I've seen any trace of male in any of the forum pictures you've used. I'm always amazed every time you do another one how beautiful you look, and how young. I don't know how you manage it.

It is a big difference. Looking at your "male" pic though you had a good starting place. Minor brow bossing, no square chin or squared jaw angle. You didn't have a big nose to start. Lucky lady  .

Did you have brow ridge reduction done? Looking at everyone's before and after pics I can see where it can make a big difference. Even though many cis women have a small brow ridge, getting it smoothed definately sets the face apart from anything male like.

Very impressive, but some of the photos are hard to see in detail. Would you consider posting in the Before & After thread?
