So I was having a conversation with my sister when she said something that both shocked and perplexed me...

She said "caffeine can effect your hormones!"

Does anyone have any scientific data either way about this that they could point me towards? I'm looking for imperial data and credited sources please.

Whichever side you lean to, it won't have any effect if only consumed in moderation.

Dismiss all studies where they find associations, no cause and effect can be established from those. I find coffee affects me more now since being on E. Both E and caffeine are metabolized in the gut by CYP1A2.
