Hey everyone  ;D

So i thought i would give a little update on my surgeries with Dr Narendra Kaushik at OLMEC in India...

1. Healing: I have been healing very nicely and am extremely happy with my results now that the swelling is starting to go down (just waiting for the left side to subside). I am very lazy when it comes to dilation which is bad but with his technique dilation isn't what it is with other surgeons. My scar from surgery located just above the belt line is fading and the bloating which you get after surgery with him has gone. My clitoral area is extremely sensitive and am still recovering in that area slowly but surely. All in all I am happy with my results but just have to be a lot more strict with my dilation, however, it is comforting knowing that i won't lose depth.

2. Dilation: Dilation when i do it is a breeze. I just find myself starting and stopping because of how busy ive been since ive been home. I still bleed a tiny bit after using the bigger rigid dilators so have made a point to not jump ahead and work my way up to those ones. Pads and lots of lube have been my best friends. Dr Kaushik's dilators range from 7-9/10 inches with different widths as you progress. I find that length/depth isn't an issue for me but width is obvs something that has to be achieved gradually.

3. Discharge/Smell: After the 1 month mark I haven't noticed any smell at all and discharge only happens when i dilate which is just left over lube. My vagina is really self lubricating which im shocked by, as ive read here some girls have mentioned having dry vaginal areas.

4. Sex: Now at the 2 month mark Kaushik says i can have sex but be slow and careful, however, im going to wait a bit longer just because as ive said above im lazy with dilation and id like to go through my full set of dilators first. I do not want any tears or problems, also because one side of my vagina is still a tiny bit swollen id like to wait until that goes down just so i dont have to worry about anything. One thing is that my libido has not gone anywhere, I have played and am able to cum which the sensation was completely awesome lol it's much more of a whole body experience which i dunno was just different but way better than before surgery  ;D

5. Fat redistribution post op? I have noticed that my hips and bottom have grown a little bit since being post op, has anyone else experienced this?

Other surgeries: So i had BA and some FFS procedures done as well and my breasts have settled nicely (500cc), i now sit between a C and a small D cup depending on the bra (my sports bras are a lot more comfortable). My FFS surgeries are healing well, my forehead is still numb from surgery but im starting to get more feeling back there gradually. Hair transplant is going good but this is the one i have to wait for to see full potential as it takes a while to grow to a point where you can style it with the rest of your hair.

All in all im quite happy with my results so far. The functioning and sensate nature of my vagina has really shocked me... in a good way lol Hope everyone is well :)

Hey everyone,

I am at my 3 month post op mark and just wanted to give a little update on some changes i have noticed.

I have noticed dilation is easier, however, the discharge after dilation just irritates me bcz the left over lube doesnt always come out at the same time lol does anyone else have any suggestions on how to deal with this other than just keep changing pads? I've heard negative things about douching and not sure if that should be done but am happy to hear how others handle this? ???

Finally I have noticed the swelling is going down (I still think it will go down more) and things look a whole lot better. The sharp pains that occur have pretty much gone away for the most part and just happen occasionally now, so, my clitoris must be getting itself together lol. Those little sharp pains were horrible lol I am able to orgasm and it's AMAZING lol love it.

Boobies are looking good and sitting right. My head is still numb from hair transplants and forehead procedure. I can tell the numbness is gradually going away. The swelling on my forehead is sort of gone but its still numb lol.

I can do alot more now in terms of physical activity whereas before i'd have to lay down after a bit. Still not exercising yet and have noticed i have put on weight which im not happy about but i know how to lose it so not really worried.

So happy am at the 3 month mark and overall my vajayjay is looking and feeling really good  I feel like i've knocked down a wall that was holding me back for so long. It's been a journey so up and down that i feel that now I am able to focus my attention on more important things and finally enjoy the ride that is life. ;D

Hey Mona!  ;D

I am glad to hear that you are well and that everything post op is going great for you. I am also 4 months in 4 days and I am also dilating once a day for 15 mins (some times i will just relax and go longer for about 20-30 mins) and it is going really well. I was looking at getting a douche but i dunno which to get or i'll just try to find a generic one lol i dont want to be using it all the time (bcz of the negative things i've heard about doing it too much) but i think it could help with removing lube that is leftover from dilation.

I am so happy that you are able to be active and are just happy enjoying life. I hope we get to meet again sometime soon as well. I will be posting on here about my 'experience' in reference to my first time using my new butterfly soon so keep an eye out for it lol

Take care and speak soon  :-* hugs

So I am now 4 months post op yaaaayyyy  ;D ;) :)

At this point i can say that dilation has become a lot easier. The small random pains that were happening have gone away and swelling has gone down a lot! Finally up to using my bigger dilators which is good preparation for when i decide to lose my virgintity  ;D The scar on my tummy hurts sometimes when i do too much like when i dance heaps lol have a tendancy to dance while cleaning. I guess it is still healing. Other than that things are going pretty good.

I bought a vibrator lol one is a bullet and the other a rabbit one, whatever they are called. Anyway the bullet is amazing but havent used the bigger one yet. I have found it takes a lot longer to reach an orgasm than before surgery and that if other things are on my mind then there is no point in even trying bcz it just doesn't happen at all.

I have put on a lot of weight  :'( so now have to start keto and intermittent fasting again.

My breasts are good just waiting for the scars to start fading then will be even happier.

I think i am most happy with my hair transplants lol they are growing so fast and really changing my look.

I have also noticed a positive change in the size of my hips and bum which is really cool  :)

Overall i think i am doing really well in respect to recovery, just need to have some fun with my husband now  ;D

[emoji7][emoji7][emoji7] I'm very happy for you
Hopefully my surgery will turn fine like yours

I have two questions I'm worry about

How is the scar in your tummy does it raise above the surrounding skin or its in the same level ?
Did you gain full sensation in the area down there or still ?

One girl told me the sigmoid colon vagina will only have the clit sensitive and inside will have no feelings is that true [emoji22][emoji174]

And about orgasm lot of girls said they needed longer time to reach an orgasm after their surgery
I guess it's vagina thing taking time and clear of mind to reach orgasm

Thankss gorgeous ❤️

Hey hun,

Thanks so much. How are you? I hope all is well.  :)

If i understand what you mean about the scar in that it is not thick and doesn't rise like its swollen constantly then no it is flat like the rest of the skin um it may be swollen for the first few weeks/month but im at 4 months and it is flat.

Yeah i have full sensation, although, it does take me longer to achieve orgasm but i assume that is how it is for most females. The clitoris is very sensative, which i think is amazing

In terms of feeling inside i can say at this point i have sensation inside, judging by how it feels during dilation. I've also heard some girls describe their lack of sensation inside, however, i am unable to relate to that. But yeah orgasm for me def takes more time. I still haven't had sex yet due to me being lazy with my dilations, so i can only judge on orgasms reached through foreplay. They take longer and in my opinion require a lot more focus lol i have noticed i have had one big O and on another occasion a number of smaller ones one after the other.

Hope this helps a bit  ;D I hope your surgery goes well too, remember to be upfront and make sure you relay what you want.  :)

Hello bubbles,

Great to hear you are doing so well!

The sharp pains you experience sometimes is nerve tissue reconnecting - completely normal and will fade over time.

I always use a vaginal douche after dilation to flush out all unnecessary things - using only water will do just fine as long as it is clean - just don't overdo it.

I am now past the 4-month mark of my corrective Sigma-Lead with Dr. Kaushik and I do 2-4 hour bike rides in the Alps near my hometown without any problems. I dilate once a day for about 15 minutes which is more of a meditating time I enjoy - in various ways.

And I really am looking forward to my vulva reconstruction with Dr. Kaushik - I wish he could have performed my SRS in total. His results look so perfect and natural - congratulations on your wonderful butterfly!!!

Enjoy getting back into life now. Hope we will meet again! :-)
Does Dr. Kaushik typically do his surgeries in two steps, or was there something that needed revision or prevented you from being able to get it done in one surgery?

Hey Brooke,

Kaushik can do either a 2 step or a single step procedure depending on what the client wants, however, if revisions need to be done i think it normally ends up being a 2 step process. From my understanding that is why Mona's surgery will be 2 step. I think she had to have something corrected that she had done by another surgeon and will have the final step done soon.

Hey,

I think if you are only getting the GCS procedure you will be able to go back to work in around 3-4 weeks maybe earlier depending on how one heals. I know that girls from India are only in the hospital for 10 days after surgery. I had about 4 procedures done while i was there so it did take me a bit longer to heal but i found that my GCS healed the fastest.

hope this helps, if you have any other q's please ask.

Kind regards,
:-*

Hey Rose,

Thanks  ;D I hope  my posts do help. I think before having GCS surgery ALOT of research is required so that you are able to make an informed decision and in posting my experience here it helps to dismiss some major misconceptions about the sigmoid technique.

I really hope your surgery goes well and hope that you have had no more issues with contacting them etc. :)

Thank you both! Very helpful. Dr l. Kaushik is near the top of my list as of now.

Bubbles, can you explain the difference in recovery time with the additional procedures you had. Did he perform all procedures at the same time, or were there multiple surgical procedures over several days/weeks.

I am considering him for
GCS
BA
Tummy Tuck/body lift.
And a couple FFS procedures. (Still undecided if there is any need)

How would you rate the aesthetics? Similar to what is posted in his gallery? Within the realm of what a cis female would have? Any drawbacks or benefits to his technique in regards to aesthetics?

Thank you both again, very helpful!

Hey Brooke,

In respect to my procedures, they were done over a month and done with a week inbetween procedures. So, i had GCS, then BA and then my FFS (jaw work, trachea shave, forehead work and hair transplant) procedures. I am not very tolerant when it comes to pain so i might not be the best to ask about recovery lol Kaushik does his BA underarm and this did hurt a bit when i was recovering but the other 2 procedures were fine in respect to recovery. Easiest recovery was the GCS.

In respect to aesthetics I think my GCS results is very similar to a natural vagina, at least in comparison to what i've seen online. I think the closest to my result would be the top pics on page 8 of his results however mine is more defined with less hair and not as dark. I think a major benifit to his technique is the short recovery time lol in respect to aesthetics my result looks 'normal' but every vag i have seen has been different (online that is) never seen one in real life but my husband says it looks natural and loves it and my GP also says it looks normal, she was surprised at the definition it has and how natural it looks.  ;D

I honestly don't have any complaints tbh. I've said above about the scar hurting a little bit if i do too much physical activity but my GP here in Aus says this will go away when i heal fully. I can't think of anything else, like i've seen girls say here that if you have sigmoid you will have a constant leaking vagina and a smelly vagina and things such as this but this never happened to me and i think thats because he improved the technique so that it doesn't happen.

hugs  :-*

Thanks bubbles! Very helpful, including the comment on your pain tolerance. My own threshold and tolerance happens to be through the roof so that should not be an issue.

One more question. Is there a need for electrolysis, and if so where. I would assume his technique virtually eliminates the risk of hair inside the vagina, but could see a need for the frenum or shaft.

Hey Brooke  ;D

See hair removal is something i wish i had done beforehand, and i think it needs to be done everywhere except for the top area if you'd like to have some hair there. Now I wish i hadn't have been scared prior to GCS and just went ahead and got it done lol It's great you are thinking about this before getting surgery, i'd def do it if you can. Just do everywhere and leave a little bit at the top lol
