I'm going on 4 years of HRT , but still consider myself at quite a ways to go.

Uh, where is option for -> Completed <-  ??? ??? ???

The Advanced option... LoL... reminds me of a video game... in fact, poll should be as such:

So, you filthy n00bs, how far along are you in your transition???

  • Select Screen / Character Creation
  • Tutorial
  • Plane, Train, or Automobile Stage
  • Secret Underground Laboratory Stage
  • Final Boss
  • Bonus Levels/Full Achievements

Five months of HRT, two months of RLE.  I've come a long way, but I'm thinking I am still a beginner.

I Am Jess

28 Months into it and I'm pretty much completed everything I wanted to do.  HRT, FFS, BA, GCS, legal name and gender change, DL, Passport, College Records, Birth Certificate and Financial Records.

The only thing left to do is to finish going through puberty and settle into life as an elderly woman....

Transitioned to be a female, arrived there last year. Now finally transitioned to be the 3rd gender.
When we first start our journey the perception and moral values all dramatically change in wonderment. As we evolve further it all becomes normal again but the journey has changed us forever.

Pre HRT, looooong waiting list in the U.K. Two months RLE and just started electrolysis.

Peace and love and all that good stuff,

Started to transition at 15, began HRT at 17, went "full time" at 18 in 1973 and had SRS in 1977. I think I'm done?  :)

Funny thing is though, life itself is a transition that never ends. It would be really boring if it wasn't.

Letsee started realizing I was a girl when I first put on moms clothes parading around the house at 4... to my parents horror & my brothers amusements.  Started transition at around 19-21 (honestly its hazy exactly when..)  Full time for sure at 22, on HRT.  Voice surgery around 23, GCS 26, a bazillion years later (@44 years old, 4-11-2001) ffs.  Oh, and some other 'fun' procedures were braces, tooth extractions, eye surgery, hernia repair, and probably others I'm forgetting.

I'm tired of surgeons knives.  I need a break ^_^

Speaking of options for this poll, I have another one that is missing. "One surgery away" would be a nice option.
started HRT: July 13, 1991
orchi: December 23, 1994
trach shave: November, 1998
married: August 16, 2015
Back surgery: October 20, 2016

Still in the beginning because surgery pushed me back to the starting line.

This could fall under any stage imo :icon_suspicious:

It did push me back though because surgery did two things:
1. Gave my face a much sharper appearance
2. Destroyed my voice to where it can't be repaired. The highest I can speak now I s in the 130-140hz range which is not even close to a cis woman's lower range. Before surgery I was able to speak clearly in the 190-200hz range with no problem but now I struggle to even hit past 140hz

I feel so far behind. I'm trying to decide if I want HRT. My dr said she'll sign the letter, I just need to give the go ahead. I'm pre everything at the moment.

I always said that I wasn't going to transition, yet here I am living fulltime with name change done, gender change in the works, on HRT, and having an orchiectomy sometime this summer.

I've also always said that I go where life takes me. What a long strange trip it's been.  :)

Hugs, Devlyn

I didn't follow the standard sequence.  I tackled hair first (face and body), almost complete with that as I begin a bunch of other stuff.  I guess my transition has transitioned.
Assigned male at birth 1963.  Decided I wanted to be a girl in 1971.  Laser 2014-16, electrolysis 2015-17, HRT 7/2017, GCS 1/2018, VFS 3/2018, FFS 5/2018, Labiaplasty & BA 7/2018.
