So I just got my estrogen results from my latest lab work...

Is 108pg/ml low? I've read the target number should be somewhere in the 300-800pg/ml?

I have been on oral E pills for 24 weeks should I be thinking about injections instead?

Not too far off for 24 weeks in.  The target that they eventually established for me was E ~ 200 at trough and T <50.  I've been on sublingual E for a bit over 5 years.  My doctor took most of a year to get there and now that I'm post op, cut my dosage by a third.  It's all a balance of feminization vs dvt risk.  Again though it is a conversation to have with your doctor.

Your levels vary throughout the day.
It would be highest soon after you take the pills and slowly drop until the next dose.

Injections are my preferred route. Less to remember in the day. Other than that, takes a special kind of person to stab themselves constantly. LOL!

Sounds like you may be a little low. But not by much. My doctor wanted me at 200 at the end of my cycles.

I understand levels vary throughout the day, but I split my daily dose into two doses daily. I'm also taking my pill sublingually so my levels should be more consistent with less variation.

This is mine on half the full dose using a patch. I have been using E at half the full dose for 6 weeks, before that was just T-blocker.
