Yet another topic by me this day  :P

I am considering switching from IM to Subq. I´ve had a condition in the past called CRPS, a disorder of the nervous system that causes chronic pain. I noticed after the IM injection that the chronic pain returned to the place where I had it previously.

I just have a few questions about SubQ for those of you who have experience.

Do you inject with the same frequency, and the same dosage as recommended for the type of testosterone you use? Is there any difference at all in the effects of the T when you inject subcutaneously?

What kind of needle gauge do you usually use?

Many thanks!

I have always been on subq and use around the same dosage as my doctor's other patients (I'm friends with a lot of her patients) I've had the normal changes as any guy on T.

My needles are currently 25g for injecting but I wouldn't go any smaller, this is a struggle sometimes. I draw up with an 18g.

Thanks!

I think I´ll discuss it with my doc, subQ seems far less brutal than IM. On my skin and my nervous system  :P
