Grrr the boss I am working with are really making me really mad.
He's rude, deameaning and sarcastic.
He called everyone together to give us all a bollocking about timekeeping despite everyone being on time.
He constantly puts people down and never praises them and he will actively stand and watch people for when then make a mistake he will be there to comment on it.
Now due to my job I can refuse to work with him but because my job is a zero hour contract I dont want to jepordise any hours.

Now will my transition calm this anger? Because right now he's a second away from being hit by several people including myself.

It has been passed onto the office but there is so much work on right now they just dont care.

A testosterone blocker might help reduce some of your anger and let you get better control of you emotions but that isn't true of everybody. If you have emotional issues from your earlier life that haven't been addressed yet, then possibly you should consider therapy as the fewer issues you have to deal with, the easer it become to deal with the ones you have.

Based on your description, I don't think anything will make you less angry about your boss.

Spiro and E greatly reduced my anxiety and anger and replaced it with emotion. My boss outwardly became misogynistic to me and said many inappropriate things. He is a jerk. I concluded I could be angry and hurt or I could let it go and be happier. During my transition expressing and operations has taught me to have  much greater inner strength and my boss does not get to me anymore.

Transitioning turned me from constantly being one second from a meltdown to being calm, serene, peaceful, kind and patient -- and if I had a boss like that, very likely to crazy glue the "e" key on his keyboard -- or give his contact information to a list of highly aggressive insurance and timeshare salesmen I keep around for just such an occasion.

After all, girls have better ways to deal with a jerk than cocking up a fist.

Some situations are going to make you angry no matter what.

What might help you apart from taking the right hormones for your brain make-up is to remember it's just a job, keep things in perspective. The guy may be the boss but you don't have to care about him or any of his crap beyond making sure you keep your job.

I cope far better since exchange of E for T. Much of that is I'm less reactivate, however I'd practiced that for 20 years before starting HRT. HRT has simply made staying calm in the face of stupidity far easier.
