I've been scanning this forum up and down in regards to this topic, however was merely able to find discussions related to U.S. based questioners and answerers and clinics out there.

There are numerous beauty institutions located in Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, UK etc. available online offering butt lifts for CIS women, however only a handful are commited to us trans people. I highly doubt if a clinic, spezialised on CIS women only, would suit the needs of a trans woman, considering our totally different anatomic structures. How do think about that? Would you chance it?

Secondly, I didn't really find institutions for BBL dedicated to trans women except for Cirumed in Marbella (Dr. Arshlani). Do you have any recommendations or experiences for me as basis to investigate myself?

A friend of mine had a BBL about 2 years ago. She looks real good. She could not sit on her butt for several weeks until the fat transfer healed.

As long as you have fat somewhere to transfer to your gluteous maximus you will be fine.

I live in Miami and we have many surgeons who specialize in BBL

I don't think that this is a tall order.
