Hi all,

I hope this is allowed, because it is a little bit about "experimentation", in the sense of combining two types of T...

I heard before that some guys who are on injections, also use gel, for example in the last week when their T starts to drop and cause moodswings / lack of energy.

So far I´ve had to work with my GP (who seriously lacks any knowledge on the subject). My therapist said that she´d try to see if I can get an endocrinologist soon. So far, I haven´t had one because I did not have the "official consent" from a gender therapist yet (long story, I tried three therapists, this one is working out for me).

I also have had to buy gel myself, which is very costly, and I have a limited supply of injections.
For this reason I figured I´d combine them.

I was wondering if any of you have used this method and if you have any advice and/or warnings about what I should NOT do, for example.

Thanks in advance.
If this is not okay to ask, feel free to remove it.

I would think the big problem is that gel packs might provide an excessive dosage if used with something else. The packs would have to be small or a pack would have to be used over two or three days. From what I have seen of the guys, if the injections provide to much of a roller coster, they either switch to gel or inject a fractional dosage once a week. Injecting a fractional dosage once a week is something that the MTFs do as well if they find emotional drift at the end of the second week.
