I had it on 14 July, up until now when I try to say something no voice coming out
The doctor told me to minimize talk and don't yell or shout but I cant even produce sound with my full voice, nothing is coming out
I can only whisper, the doctor said its swelling but i seen many youtube video that on their fourth days at least they can produce sound eventhough its hoarse, but for my case I can only whisper because full voice wont come out, im afraid i will be mute, even my whisper voice still does not sound feminine, This is done in thailand.

Please help me, feeling so lost

Welcome to Susan's Place. We all respond differently to surgery and swelling is one of the things that's different. I had a glottoplasty and I was supposed to be able to speak after a week however it took nearly two weeks for the swelling to go down enough that I could make a horrible sound. One girl with the same surgery took over a month before making the first sound. Pre and post surgical pictures would tell you if the surgery was done correctly but for the moment, I suggest you give your body time to recover from the surgery. There is an issue with CTA and that is it sometimes doesn't produce the amount of pitch that you  might expect. In addition, if your vocal cords are have swelling, they are more massive and will vibrate at a lower frequency. Don't judge the voice for at least a month and it may take much longer before the final voice is reached.
