So I was just wondering, back about a month ago, my Testosterone levels were 0,333 ng/ml, and I was taking spiro and  Estrifam for 3 1/2 months. Now we moved up with the spiro after another month, is it possible that your testosterone can pick up again? Sperm production is pretty much zilch and testicles have shrank dramatically already, but I am just paranoid and looking for reassurance because my beard suddenly got a little thicker even after doing diode laser hair removal for 6 months now. Thnx in advance. ^^

On my 6-month checkup, my T level was double what it was on my 2-month checkup.  I didn't notice any problems from the "higher" T: it was still well below female levels.  In fact, my doctor decreased the spiro dose at 6 months because my blood pressure was scary-low.

My beard shadow shows but only because the laser tech doesn't want to do any more laser on me until the fall, since my skin reacts to light (thanks to the E).

My 3,5 month checkup I had ,333 ng / ml T w/spiro ( female is 0,1-1 ) At my 1,5 month I had 2,3 ng /ml still, and that was without Spiro, I don't think the T would go up again, but I am just paranoid I guess. If only we had some sort of monitor which could tell us our levels at all times xD.

I never noticed any sensitivity to light with the E , maybe a different type? I have Diode laser on my face done, and IPL on my body. :/

I have melasma (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melasma) on my face.  Any sunlight will do it, not just UV, so sunscreen only partially helps.  She's worried that I'll have too much melanin in my skin from sun exposure and it will therefore get burned by the laser.

Not even spf 50 helps ? Genuinely curious.

Melasma is triggered by UVA, UVB and visible light.  Conventional sunscreens only protect against UV A&B.  They don't protect against visible light.  Only paint-like sunblocks like titanium oxide - white paint - will do it.
