Careful now, a lot of the beginning of your description sounds a lot more like an indication of your interests, not what inherently makes you a boy or a girl. While they do play a role in defining you, those arent the things that make you, you. I do get what you mean though, your past playing the normal female gender roles doesnt mean anything (in fact, children just play with whats given to them and change with age), your desire to pursue more neutral hobbies may stem from dysphoria in being perceived as too feminine and therefore a girl.
I think the main concern in what may consider you ftm or not is your strong urge to go under male name and be called male pronouns, that certainly isnt always normal and you should look into that more. I find dysphoria plays a big role in being a binary transgender guy in way of identification if that's what you are. If you feel in any way physically or mentally "off", that's something to consider.
In the end, that's something for you to come to terms with and ask, seeing a therapist may allow you to work through these feelings and concerns better, t
