Hi there!

First time posting here and hopefully I'm posting in the right area. Please let me know if I'm doing this wrong lol.

So I guess I have a pretty basic question, and I'm sure the answer is no, but does anyone know of a way to be able to produce cum again after prolonged hormone use? I've been on hormones for two years now and I just can't really get anything to come out anymore. It's really the only part of living as a male that I truly miss. I can still get hard just fine. I guess I'm curious because I've always heard that there are like vitamin regimens that guys can take if they want to produce more, but I'm unsure if this would work in my case or make any difference at all. This would just a nice thing to bring back to my sex life so I thought I would come here and ask! Sorry if this was too inappropriate or anything. Any help at all is appreciated!

Some of the liquid produced is sperm, and you stop producing those. I'm not sure you can get these back. I do believe they will be duds even if you can. And the rest is the bodies natural lubricants, i think you should still have the clear watery liquid.

As for the Sperm, the part responsible for the milky colour and various consistencies of "cum" relay not sure , sorry.

How long has it been since you stopped?
The last time I stopped, it took about 4 months before there was a lot of ejaculate.

I'm relatively sure that while remaining on HRT, that is a feature that will not really come back. It would return at some point after discontinuing HRT, to some extent. Everyone is different on the amount and how things specifically shut down.

Other than maintaining health, staying well hydrated may maximize that which your body still produces.

The testes produce less than 5% of the volume. It's mostly from the prostate and seminal vesicles.

Welcome to the site. It is a perfectly valid question to ask.I am going to move it to a section of category called HRT.

I'm post-op and found that both progesterone and a little testosterone increased how much I ejaculate.
I am not a medical doctor, nor a scientist - opinions expressed by me on the subject of HRT are merely based on my own review of some of the scientific literature over the last decade or so, on anecdotal evidence from women in various discussion forums that I have come across, and my personal experience

On HRT since early 2004
Post-op since late 2005
