QuoteI'm planning to still present myself as man as well. What did you find was the most difficult about it? How much growth have you had so far(If it's ok that I ask)? Do you use a sports bra? Compression shirt? The arousal part you mentioned is super interesting to me. I really hope to get a large set of breasts (Though the cautious side of me screams NO!). I know from what I have seen, some cis women prefer boob play, but some could care less. Just curious if the arousal that I have imagined in my dreams is as nice in real life.

There are some forums for men who wear bras.  Many of them have fairly large breasts and wear a bra to contain them.  They are proud of what they have.  I nicely fill a 38A and wear a bra because I want to.  Today, I brought up the subject of larger breasts with my doctor and she's going to refer me to someone who can help.
I'm a 65 year old male who has been thinking about SRS for many years.  I also was a  full cross dresser for a few years.  I wear a bra, pantyhose and nail polish daily because it just feels right.

I'm a lot bigger than I expected, and with developing lasting up to 5 years I can only imagine I still have a long way to go. For me I started on the pill and a AA blocker, and then 6 months later started progesterone. At 2 months I was an A cup, 3 months B cup, 5 months I hit a C cup, and at 8 - 9 months I hit a D cup. I'm currently almost a year in but if that trend is anything to go by I'll need a DD in a few months XD. I personally am wearing a 36D right now. I have decent cleavage, but that's mainly because I'm still rounding out. I'm the oldest out of my siblings and the women in my family are all around DD - E cup, so I could expect to hit somewhere between those cup sizes if not exactly the same size as them. I wouldn't get too worked up over bra sizes though because it's all relative anyways since bra size can vary from brand to brand, what the size is varies depending on where you're at in the world, and well a 36D and a 40D will be very different lol. If you worry about how they are developing and stuff, I would said do massage them because that's amazing, and take progesterone, but it might not be effective for everyone. But yeah.

It has been a year since i responded to this thread and i have continued to expand in that area. I have to believe i am reaching the final stages of it, but my doctor says "one never knows" I'm now a D cup up from a C a year ago and so that seems very rapid, given the fact HRT just started two years ago.

So i definitely was blessed genetically on that part of my feminization and actually most of the other areas as well.  Id be really cool with development stopping now. I love my breasts though. I'd love to have further facial changes and i am hopeful i will see some but i also know that surgery is probably in my future.

I've had a full C cup most of my life but I did not transition until I was 50.. That meant for most of my life I was hiding them in an uncomfortable binder, loose shirts and jackets most of the year. Of course swimming and T shirts were completely out as was undressing in front of other men. I did not have them surgically dealt with because they were even more erotic than my penis. And there were the occasional accidents where I forgot I had them. But now I just love them.

I'm surprised it took you so long, considering the encouragement you had from your mother.  I'm sure many of us here would have liked to have a mother like yours.

I just wish I had been able to share my feelings with my mother when I was young.

BTW, I know you're non-op, but have you taken HRT?

Ladies let's not forget some of y'all were heavier pre hrt so you can't go off of being heavy and current breast growth. I'm sure if y'all was as small as some of us you wouldn't be as big as you are. I'm 5'7, 130lbs, and my breasts are a B cup.

well I guess the crossdressing was enough to satisfy me and remember SRS was not so common years ago, Christine notwithstanding. Yes mother and I were very close and I truly felt I was her daughter who had to wear mens clothed. After she died I became very friendly with a cis woman who was fascinated with my gender connumbrum and she helped fill the void.  The only surgery I've had was butt implants. For a while Mother was giving me her birth control pills and that filled me out quite a bit. Then I took progesterone for a couple years and that developed my nipples to some projection.

That definitely is a good point. I'm about 20 pounds up from my lightest weight - i was as low as 165 at one point in about 2012 and i'm 5'9"-10". Most of that gain came on in the two years prior to HRT, so that probably contributed to jump starting the breast development.

I have been gaining and losing the same 5-7 pounds since, but lately i have lost about 12 and there has been little or no shrinkage. This lends credence to my "strategic fat" theory of going up and down for weight redistribution. Most women in my family are large breasted and a bit chubby genetically, so that no doubt has something to do with it too.

I currently wear a 40 D bra. This is much larger than my mother, but about the same as my grandmother on my father's side. I was also, way over weight and I lost over 100 pounds. I needed a tummy tuck, arms and face lift to look presentable. But, I am keeping the boobs. I love them.

At 21 months on Hormones I made it to a small A. So with that equation it would take me a long time to get to where I am now with my recent BA. Happiness CAN be manipulated a little. :)

I have 36D cup breasts. when you have larger breasts, a good bra is very important. A good bra gives you the necessary support and you then little back issues. I love my breasts and I am very happy how they turned out. I still love wearing bra and I love the fact that I must a wear a bra and my flesh fill the cups. I love to wear outfits that show off my cleavage. Also important (and not just women with big breasts), wear the right bra size. you will be surprised how many cis-women wear the incorrect bra size. Go for a professional fitting, I went and it turned out my cup and band size was wrong. A bra that fits right, its very comfortable and you barely feel its there.

All the women in my family are big breasted, DD and up, except my mother, she is also a D Cup, but she wears a 34D, so my breasts are technically bigger.

Who would do a professional bra fitting? A tailor?

A double AA at best, and even the probably don't fill em... Lol oh well I am happy so far that is all that matters

You've just made my day :) in a very nervous kind of way - I'm also 5'9, 166lbs and have a family of 4 sisters, all of whom are DD or bigger ...

Saying that, I actually kind of want a B cup - why do I think that irony is going to bestow something entirely else upon me :)

Generally speaking a bra fitting is done by someone at the store.  Decent bra shops should have fitters who help find the appropriate bra.  If you can't find what you need in a store, you can also go to custom bra makers.  You can find them by searching with Google etc..

Hey ladies,

AnneK mentioned above that there are forums where men with breasts who wear bras gather and share information. I have been on those boards for a couple years due to my gynecomastia. Men come with all size breasts and not all are due to weight but some are affected by that. While I feel quite large at 40G I have exchanged information with a man in Alaska who is a 50K! Don't even hope to get in that spot. I have experienced the fast growth some others have spoke of and it can be exciting and frustrating at the same time, not to mention expensive. One thing thing I have to say about these men is that they are focused on the details and know vastly more about the technical side of wearing bras than most women. It seems that if guys are going to wear a bra they are going to do it right. My wife always got a chuckle out of that. I would have to agree that going to a good store or boutique and having a fitting is definitely worth the experience. Depending on your comfort level the fitter can be very involved or hardly involved based on your preference. At a minimum they will bring and exchange bras while you are in the changing room. I would highly suggest it as a way to really feel like a woman as well. Yu leave some boutiques quite pampered.
One of my first times to a store to try on bras I asked the fitter to come in and give her opinion. I was deciding between DD and DDD at the time and unsure as I had been having so much growth. The way she poked around I could tell she didn't know too much but she asked me if I was transitioning and I about fell over. That was the last thing I was thinking of at that point, maybe she knew more than I thought!
Not sure if any of you have ever viewed a size chart referencing sister sizes that converts cup sizes to a volume figure in cc's. One is available here http://www.upliftstl.com/blog/d-is-not-a-bra-size
It really helped me understand bra sizing much better so I thought I would share it for everyone.
After awhile you do figure out bigger is not always better and to enjoy the ones you're given!
Cheers,

Dana

I'm 61 and just a month on hrt.  My sister has DD cup size breasts, will it be probable that I could reach a D cup?

I am 15 months HRT and have had steady growth from the 3rd week. I wear mostly B-cup bras and a couple C-cups, but the Bs are definitely better fitting as far as snugness. I am still growing (I can feel them) and will probably get to D-cup in a year. I will always be closeted so this is going to be a problem since I most definitely show in all my shirts now. I am skinny so they stick out and makes me conscious of them whenever I am out and about. They are heavy enough to feel bouncing all day. It's a nice sensation but keeps my mind on them a little too much sometimes! ;)

Sleeping lately has been really problematic as I have always slept on my stomach almost all my life. The big mounds can really press hard into the mattress and feels like a couple big sponges pressing into my chest. I stopped sleeping like that for a long time but I am trying to do it again as it is the most comfortable for me...

Haha... I'm probably the one with the smallest bust here. I'm not even a 32AA and you pretty much see nothing physically as well. Touching on the other hand is different.

I'm very curious about all this.  I drawing near to starting hrt, but I hadn't given this much thought before I saw this thread.  My mother is a fairly big girl in this department, while the women on my father's side weren't so much (as far as I can remember), and so I don't know where I will turn out.  I do know that I take mostly after my mother... so one can hope!
Hey all, I've created a new account because my life has begun anew.  This is to protect my identity.  Thanks for your understanding!
