Hi girls!  With all the changes in technique in regards to srs.  I'm wondering which is best or better.  I'm hoping to have a fully sensate, nice depth, self lubricating realistic looking vagina.  Of course it's a tall order to fill, but I've heard it's possible.

The self lubricating is a new thing unless they are incorporating the (I think) colon somehow. I didn't think self lubrication was possible.

I believe it's a new technique using part of the urethra in the construction of the vagina, which has that capability and then increasing estrogen which causes an increase in that tissue.  I read about this multi stage srs from a surgeon in Germany.

PI can be somewhat self lubricating but the urethra tissue is used by several surgeons. I think Brassard and some of the Thai surgeons use it however their may be a few more that I haven't seen in posts. Remember that I am not here for surgery so information about the various procedures isn't high on my list of things to know.

My Surgeon Dr. Schrögendorfer here in Austria based his method on the technique from Dr. Schaff in Germany. There are some differences as far as I know but long story short:

I'm 36 days Post-OP and my vagina is very self lubricating, deep is ~ 17cm and I'm using Size 1 (violet) and 2 (blue) at the moment for dilation with additional lubricant.

I tried without lub and it was possible but with it's more comfortable.
