I have heard about all these procedures and HRTs and coaching but never knew where to start.  Is it by a gender therapist and is there one available online?

It depends on where you are in your life and where you want to go. There are on line therapist and you may be able to find one in the links portion of the site. If you want to start cross living, nothing says you can't. I am not sure if informed consent is available where you are but I believe it exist in Denver however don't quote me on that. Just pick the first project you want to address first and we will start there.

Therapists are good resources. Mine was an excellent starting point to find someone to talk to, of course therapy duh lol, and also to find Dr's, electrolysis, and laser hair removal from transfriendly places.

Hi Danielle, maybe a good start would be at getting a new female wardrobe and going out? Maybe it would be finding a good shrink? Maybe taking care of your facial and body hair? There are many ways to start, it's all depending on your situation and priorities.

I would recommend starting with therapy, and feminine stuff in private, but what do I know? I haven't even started transitioning.
