Hi Jasmine 💁 I tried it about a decade ago. I held through it for nearly 4 months. I was tired of smelling like fenugreek oil and stopped. I didn't see or feel anything that I could attribute any success. Though I will say after measuring myself before starting hrt I seem to have developed a bit, but no breast buds. Now I'm several weeks on hrt and it's much cheaper than that program and I know that it will work.
