Hello

I am thinking of getting bbl/fat transfer or butt implants. However because I am still preop I am extremely nervous of getting this done unless the surgeon is totally comfortable operating on a woman's body with something extra attached.

Only looking for US surgeons as I am not comfortable traveling outside for such a risky procedure.

Thanks in advance

You might review Jennygirl's posting history. She had several transfers and posted about them extensively.

I recently had my bbl done by Kenneth Hughes in LA. I'm very pleased with the results. You can see some reviews on real self https://www.realself.com/find/California/Los-Angeles/Plastic-Surgeon/Kenneth-Hughes

Hi there,

I'm new here so that may have something to do with it. However I cannot access the link to Jennygirls photos. Could someone please advise?

Thanks!

Welcome to Susan's Place. Unfortunately recently Photobucket changed their terms of service and now you need to pay about $400 a year to use them as a photo hosting service. Previously this service was free so you will find many of the photos on this site no longer exist as we refuse to give into extortion. Most of us would be willing to provide a reasonable fee but I only have about a dozen photos on photobucket and $40 per photo each year is a bit much.

I will try to find some specifics.  I don't know of any 100% trans friendly ones, however all the surgeons I know that have done BBLs have done them on men and women so I can't imagine it would be something they'd say no to, but I do understand your hesitation as well.  Best!

I got mine done by Dr. Berry Eppely in Indianapolis Indiana.  He and his staff were very trans friendly.

Danielle, I'm curious to know how your experience with him was?  Did you happen to also get any FFS procedures with Dr. Eppley?

I did not have any FFS procedures with him.  I had butt implants, liposuction to my mid section and rib removal to narrow my waist.  My experience was good.  The doctor and his staff are trans friendly and very attentive.

Hi Danielle, did you make any posts about your rib removal? I'd be interested in hearing about your experience.

I had 6 ribs removed to make my waist and rib cage smaller.  I had a big rib cage.  The doctor removed three lower ribs in the front and 3 in the back.  It went well with no complications.  There was also way less pain than I anticipated.

Would you be willing to share how this procedure modified your measurements before/after?  Obviously this is quite controversial, with the Pixie case, but it has me curious for more details.  Would I consider this?  Unlikely.  But I find it interesting.
