Just came out as transgender and got a really short hair cut just wondered if I pass. I am getting new glasses I think they are too girly. I had gone out with men's shirt's and I think I got that "What gender are you?" Look unless that was just me thinking that.

Based on the pictures, you're not passing yet but you're definitely getting into the androgynous zone... new glasses will help as will a more neutral facial expression. A lot of your passability will come down to body shape, body language and mannerisms. Do you have hips or breasts, do you stand and walk like a guy? What is your voice like?
You've got great passing potential.

What I wrote hear you may find useful. You look androgynous to me. If you like how you look now no need to change it.
They/them pronouns preferred.

You look rather androgynous. I think people will be confused, but once you present as a female they shouldn't suspect much...

Thanks for the replies I don't mind being androgynous for a while until I start on the hormones.
I am going to go to therapy soon to figure stuff out. I will have to get on practicing the lower voice.
I do know how to do some voice acting so it shouldn't be hard. I don't want to seem too much like a girl.
I have an appointment to get an eye test and new glasses soon too :)

My opinion for what it's worth is you look like a young boy. That's pretty common with FTMs when they are first starting out but T should preserve the masculine appearance as well as age you to a more adult age. For now, paying attention to your voice by flatting the pitch and remaining in the lower register should help you main a masculine image.

Thanks Dena I hoped that I looked like a young boy though I am hoping when I go out people don't ask "Where are your parents?" Although I am assuming I at least look like a teenager I am 32.

Your face is genderless. It can belong to a guy or a girl. How are you gendered would depend mostly on accessories and other clues.
