Hey everyone. So I have been on HRT for quite some time no at a reasonablly high dosage and although I am noticing amazing, nay, stellar! changes with my looks, moods, thinking and over-all well being I am kinda worried in the cleveage area. In this department I do wear a bra and I had noticed some months ago, perhaps June or so that they were there and even were jiggley when I went out for a walk. I was happy about it but now I am not seeing any more development. I do need a bra yes, but I was hoping my girls would grow a bit more.

Is it normal for them to grow then I guess stop to re-grow again? or could they still be growing and me not noticing? or are the girls done their own transition :O?

I have been on hormones now for 9 months. Around the two to three-month stage I developed nubs and then breast growth until about the 7th month point where the girls stopped growing. The itchiness and mild pain in the nipples stoped around the same time. I was hoping for more growth but from what I can tell its probably come to an end. My Endo stated that this is normally and that I wouldn't get any bigger unless I go under the knife.

I have heard of other girls that have had growth over the long term but its few and far between. The lucky ones probably have it in the family genes as well. In my family all the girls are small breasted so I think thats it for me.

Yeah, I hear you Ashley.  Mine won't even fill an AA cup.    There are a really cute shape, and they have enough mass that I can't run or trot down stairs without supporting them.  I need to wear a bra in public, and a bit of padding makes my shape unremarkably female.  But, aside from that one growth spurt from months two to three, they haven't gotten any bigger at all.

I think I'll wait three years before giving up on them.  It takes cis girls up to three years to grow their breasts to their full potential.  I probably won't get a boob job, since I can make do satisfactorily with a padded bra.

I'm about 27 months in.  My breasts are back in growth mode.  Cycles on an off.  It's not as consistent as in the first three months.

I'm in the same boat here.  My breasts are barely noticeable.  Hopefully when I get rid of my belly they'll be noticeable.

I'm not sure exactly why but the growth comes and go, and they're slowly but surely growing, well expanding, hum ... well it's very subtle, the changes, but no doubt that since June, people have been noticing them. I don't wear a bra but I guess I could A or AA, not sure, but I don't feel I need it and rather have them show naturally.

After the initial growth some 20 months ago, it kind of jammed, and then even got worst, I seemed to have lost some last spring, but since I switched prescription three weeks ago, it started again, especially in my progesterone weeks. Also, obviously, I wasn't using the patches right, and my estradiol intake is now much better with the gel, and I feel it everywhere, and have high hopes for my breasts... and the rest.

It's possible they could be pretty much done growing.  Maybe it's time to explore the wonderful world of bras that lift and shape.  Making the most of what you've got.

As the old joke goes, there are three types of bras.

The dictator that suppresses the masses.
The salvation army that uplifts the mass.

I've been on HRT coming up on 3 years and I'm a solid D. I originally went up to an F, but with my diet and weight loss, I'm keeping steady now. I'm waiting on reaching my goal weight to get implants. Why you may ask? Because like genetic females, I'm mismatched. I have twins but they're not identical! I've noticed in the last few months that I'm starting to fill in and get cleavage. I have less underarm boob and more chest boob. Like my endo explained to me, genetic women don't get super boobs in a year and neither will you.

Be patient!

I suppose you are all right. I know, I am at the early 2nd puberty stage so I should give it some time. I was just so happy seeing my girls bud then inflate and was hoping it continue quickly some more 

Full breast growth can take up to 7 years.. Seriously. Ask your mum, sister, aunt, female friend..

That is +2 years which is hopeful. The standard line of about 2 years is what I tend to hear but occasionally I hear other stories... one of significant growth over the long term but that was one case.

I'm curious... if not too personal... how are you intuiting/sensing growth mode vs not? Is it just a feeling that it's happening... or observing actual growth? ... I have had situations of inferring growth based on sensations but I've never confirmed my perceptions were accurate.

Seventeen months HRT for me. I've had the usual pain in my breasts nearly the whole time accompanied by decent growth. In recent weeks though, I've had a strange "electrical shock" sensation in them. So still growing, I assume. I've heard of others that have had good growth with no pain or discomfort whatever. Then I have seen others that go through growth spurts for several years. Cannot predict. YMMV as usual....

At about the two year mark I scheduled a BA with my GCS. I had a year to wait at that time. I had heard that some woman gained some breast growth after GCS. So I got 555 ml cohesive silicone implants. They are partially under the muscle. Anyhow, I have noticed no gain in breast growth after mg GCS or in the one year waiting for the GCS and BA.

On the other hand If I get some breast growth in addition to my BA I would be happy. I am at the 4 year mark so I doubt I will get any more growth. But you never know.
