I had sort of asked this in a different chain on a related topic but figured, why not make it it's own chain in order to ask more directly. Here's the thing. After yo-yo-ing constantly with HRT -- been on and off probably four times in my life -- I have been left with some saggy man boobs but no breast tissue underneath. Is there anyone out there who had moobs before HRT? If so, what happened to them when the hormones did their thing? Did the tissue grow to push the moobs into a more normal, female-looking breast? Thanks!

No.  However consider vacuum pumping.  It works great.  My understanding is if you have some tissue there it works best  I went from slight tissue to C.  Going to D.  THEY ARE QUITE NICE I MUST SAY. 

If you decide to use it.  I suggest you get a vacuum pump motor.  I spent 35 & 90 on them and it was well worth it.

Thanks....do you by chance have a link to one of the pumps so I can see the right one to get? Are they easy to use? And did you start with it before HRT?

I had the beginnings of moobs when I started HRT. Okay, okay 😄 maybe more than just the beginnings. After 3 years of weight loss and gain the moobliness is mostly gone. Only I see the remnants I guess. Just had my first mammogram last month and they said that I was mostly fibrous tissue. I don't know what that means but they are pretty firm. Seems pretty terrible that you get what you get but I am not sure there is anything to do about it. I feel pretty lucky that mine are not small and are firm.

They are not big either but men really look, I have given up on trying to guess why. My niece is firm and her best friend is bigger but flat, they are both 21. I don't know that we get to pick and choose without BA. But, 😉 nice that it is an option don't you think?

I've always been a tad gynocomastic as well as a former fatty. I can't exactly say they were moobs, more of the classic Klienfelters Syndrome breasts. I've also been on/off low dose HRT a few times over my life for a month or 2 or 3. The girls always got a tad bigger but eventually went down, a bit.

Now after a few years of full dose E & an AA I have nice perky B's

Easy to use no, FOR A DETERMINED USER, WHO WANTS BREASTS AS I DID, it is well worth it.  I pump 4-10 hours a day. Mostly the lesser amt.

I have pumped for four years.  I want to tell you my breasts according to my wife are natural looking. If you pump more, you will grow more.  Only you can say if it is worth it or not.  Btw, they say that people with some mass already develop better.  Not sure if true but I had on a bra and blouse the other day and my wife said you have c's.  [emoji41][emoji109][emoji6] big smiles came across my face. 

Ok. So pumps can be bought on eBay.  Simple vac pump. Tubes and valves and airlocks from vender.

I also bought a one way check valve since I bought the vacuum pumps used.  I did not want pump air recirculating back into my cups. 1-2.00 each. 

THE CUPS, HOSES, valves 150-225.  You must use good lotion. I use copious amts because of a seal. 

I also have modified my cups so they are unique, soft at contact point between skin & cups and another barrier to ensure air pressure retention.  I can pump and leave these on for 6 hours.  No problem.

If you have questions let me know.  Not for everyone and a bit messy but I pump whilst sleeping and using my computer!  I forget they are on even after 2 hours.

EBAY SEARCH:  "vacuum pump thomas".  You want a piston pump!  Make sure it is a vacuum pump not a compressor.  Ask what it was used for.  If they don't know fine.  If they do it can help you decide if it is worth it.


You need a variable speed adjuster-

Thanks, Vanny! I appreciate this. I am encouraged by what you said earlier, about the prospects for someone who already has mass. Which I definitely do. I have to make something of these moobs! I hope to try a pump soon. Just need some money for it. A little broke right now and trying to put money aside for HRT. Just out of curiosity, do you think there's any value in one of those cheaper manual pumps?

IT IS REMARKABLE.   varies with people but again, people with mass do better.  Another caveat.  If you have questions let me know.  I am an expert for me , but the lessons I have learned are immense. 

LASTLY, IF YOUR BREASTS TOUCH THE TOP, it will NOT help further breast growth.  I use a company's products out of England.    A small business and they have many cup sizes, of penis and breast enlargement systems.  But you can do your own research and find what is best!

When you buy yours, let me know and I can coach you through ways to make a massive difference in comfort and seal.  ALSO THE LOTIONS, Make an enormous difference at least for me in preventing rashes and seal quality. It is literally like night and day.   GOOGLE "NATURAL ENLARGEMENT SYSTEMS" I believe and penis / breast pumps should get you finding products but do your research.  One company is really the dominant source and they have been around for years.  Others seem to come and go and their cup sizes are small especially if you have tissue already.

I STARTED THERE!  If you do, you need to by clamps for the hose or when you pump you will need a third hand to hold two cups and the pump.  . Need one for each cup.  They are very cheap.
