I've had a consultation with Dr. MacPhee, and like what I hear so far.  My insurance (Aetna) will cover 2/3's, and she's just a three hour drive away, so there are not a lot of reasons not to go to her. I know three women who are happy with their results.

My only reservation is that she has only done 25 GCS surgeries.  Or maybe bottom surgery just scares me, not sure which!
