I had a consultation with maxofacial surgeon Dr. Joel Defrancq, to hear his opinion and he said about my lower jaw, -/+ 8mm more can be removed, and further V-line on chin, with lower jaw orthodontics. After listening to his opinion, I believe a revisions v-line would be coinsider able.

My mandible contouring I did initially with Dr. Spiegel jan '17 did I'm very happy with, but, I really do want to do another revision in my lower Jaw, because it still feels very heavy, the last remainder of my masculine feature, I believe it's that remainder 10% of masculine feature that somehow feels out of place.

I'm coinsidering a few Surgeons who do aggressive work on jawline Dr. Harrison Lee or South Korea - ID hospital, but not entirely sure, I'll need to wait a full year still. Any suggestions on other dr's? Maybe I'll consult with dr. Spiegel again for a revision, let's see. Or I think flying to South Korea would be better?

Main problem is me losing so much weight and my jawline becoming more defined lol, so that's sort of to blame. I think most of all my swelling is gone.

Hi Venus

I will be going to Korea in possibly January 2018 if you want to join. Also just be cautious with aggressive reduction of the width of your jaw as doing that may further enhance the height of your jaw which may be a problem too.

Best is to go to a surgeon who can do both vline surgery and cosmetic related orthognatic surgery.  You don't necessarily have to get both but at least you will get a proper evaluation of the problem. A surgeon that only does jaw slimming surgery will mostly say you only need that.

Hope this makes sense.

Hey! Yes I think January time would be best time, I just got a reply back from ID hospital, I think they are reputable, after doing many other ts's and cis-females. ID hospital replied, and said it's best I come in for a face-to-face evaluation with a doctor, since my jaw has been operated in, and it'll be revision V-line, and check nerve lines & whether surgery can be performed or not. So it might be good idea to do a consult with them in sometime January at least :)
