I don't have any personal experience with this, but it does sound very interesting. I highly doubt I could ever get any facial surgery transition wise cost covered where I live (as far as I know FFS isn't covered here either, but I could be wrong), but I've always wanted that option. I too have a small chin and narrow jaw, but I'm thankfully able to grow enough beard to cover up my own "problem areas". But such facial surgery would have been neat nontheless.
