Many of us produce testosterone within the normal feminine range. I am at 36 ng/dl with 14 to 76 being acceptable however like CIS women, some of us have much lower levels. My testosterone is produced elsewhere in the body as it would be after a hysterectomy. The best approach for you would be to wait several months after surgery and have your testosterone levels checked. If they are low, you don't have to supplement them but if your sex drive is low, it might be a consideration.
