Does anyone here pump and have you had any long term changes that you know is from continuous pumping and not from T itself. I know that there's barely anything to prove that pumping makes a difference to size but I just wanted to know what people's experiences are. I've only pumped for pleasure and I don't know if you need different size cylinders or how long to leave it on for if you want to do it daily?

I must confess, at first I did not know what you were talking about. In my previous life, I pumped iron in the weight room of the local gym. I was in denial and trying to man up as best I could.

Back to your question. I finally figured out that you are talking about penile pumping with a vacuum device to get a larger penis. They will help somewhat, but do not expect grande    results.

After you have been on testosterone for a few years, you might consider a metoidioplasty, which releases the ligaments holding the enlarged clitoris (neo-penis) from full extension. I have not heard of anyone pumping during the healing process. Only your surgeon can tell you if that is a safe option or not.

From what I've heard from other guys on this forum it has no long term effects.  So its pretty pointless. As Dani said first stage meta is a long term solution.
