as of today im on hrt for a few years im starting to drip when i stand up from peeing.  i had to start wearing a pad. cause of leaking, it also hurts with coitus by meself or with partner.   is this normal im 31, will this happen post op?

I would suggest you see a doctor about it. There several possible things that could be happening but the most likely is that you have a urinary tract infection. Tucking seems to make it more likely that you will come down with one.

The dripping is fairly common. I've heard of it lots of times and it won't be a problem post-op. If by coitus you mean erections hurt, that is also normal.

Best bet is seeing your doctor about your concern since everyone experience is vary
