Hi there! It's been a full year since I last came here, I hope you're all doing great, fellas.
I have finally accomplished to move out from my home country to Italy, where I have been living and working for six months now.
I have taken a few baby steps toward getting the body and looks I want to get. I am still pre everything, but still I am working out and lifting 10 kg (with much effort), doing push ups, etc. I cut my hair short, changed my outfit a little bit and I am even going around in circles thinking about a new name (I actually know which one I want and I have sort of known for 12 years now)...
But the thing is that here I barely know anyone I can trust and I don't even speak the language. So I am here to ask you: do you know of any FTM resources in Italy? I want to start binding (sounds weird to share it with y'all!), but problem is that I don't know where or how to buy something like that without outing myself.
I guess I may have to order it from other countries or apply for a free one, but I don't qualify for those programs (I am almost 29 years old...)
Any ideas, guys?

There aren't really any decent binder sites in Europe and they're not something you can just find in a store unfortunately. In the UK people tend to order from underworks and gc2b but shipping costs as much as the binder itself. If you order a couple then it makes it worth its while with the use they'll be getting. There's this site https://www.spectrumoutfitters.co.uk/binders# which is the first UK based company that's expected to be quite good, I don't know when they'll start selling them though, shopping will probably be cheaper to Italy than from the US. Just make sure you're checking the size guides on each site properly and if you're between sizes, go for the bigger size.

Thanks dude! I don't know if I really have to bind, I've read about some really bad experiences with binding.
I guess what I am feeling is sort of like a nipple dysphoria, they're not masculine at all and if I don't wear a bra they're quite visible, no matter how many layers of clothing I wear. It's Autumn now and I wear two t-shirts, one shirt and a sweater and I feel people can still see them 
Is nipple dysphoria a thing? How can I solve it without using bras or anything female-related?
I feel I'm not making any sense so it'd really help to know how you feel about this..

If you look up a YouTuber called Ty Turner he doesn't bind but just puts tape over his nipples. I think he just used regular sellotape? It keeps them flat and doesn't show through shirts, that might be an option for you but I'd be careful that you don't damage your skin.

GC2B are the best binders out there. They caused me no pain even while wearing one all day and are specifically made for trans mens bodies; unlike Underworks. So are super duper safe. Unsafe binders are the ones with clasps that you can buy ridiculously cheaply from ebay; that don't allow you to breath in or out fully; and crush your ribcage. And tape isn't a good idea for the same reason.

Nipple dysphoria is definitely a thing. Females have bigger nipples and areolas than men so makes sense. Having top surgery was partly to make my chest flat and partly to have male looking nipples. They're still introverted due to surgery being so recent so am still slightly dysphoric about them.

Using tape to hide them sounds painful. I would thing a square plaster would do the trick.

Be aware that Underworks and gc2b binders don't actually hide your nipples, if that's your main goal. They're great at binding safely, but the material is thin enough that your nipples still poke out.

There are other, more expensive brands of binders that have stiff inserts that do the job--Shapeshifters and some styles from Les Love Boat come to mind. Or you can do what you're doing now and just wear extra layers. I really wouldn't recommend tape because of the skin damage others have mentioned.

Gc2b shipped my binder within 4 weeks. Underworks took 1 week. (To Sweden)

Gc2b binder is softer, Underworks binder is a bit stiffer, but does a better job. But my Underworks binder is smaller, maybe that's why I'm more happy about it.

Hi Tonie! I would like to give them a try but I'm more the type of shopper that needs to try stuff on before buying. I guess I'll only know when I move out from Italy.

The beard is photoshopped. Wanted a pic of me but not too obvious so people would recognize me at once. But I have a goal. Haha. Maybe that's me in 3-4 years.

I measured my chest and bought my binder online. It fits like a glove. But I know the feeling. They are expensive and it is better to try one on to find the right size.
