I am MtF and getting ready to transition
I am a 16 years old still stuck in high school trying to come out to the world, and it is rough 😛 I really love this forum and everything everyone has to say. I really have been trying to become better at being my natural self and become more confident and less depressed. I am getting closer day by day, and it is exiting. After 5 years of counselling, I am finally ready to move on to my authentic self. In advance thank you for everything you do to help me. 🙂

Hello Mira, welcome to Susan's!

I am MTF and glad to hear you have had counseling for several years.  I delayed my own counseling and that was a mistake - I wish I had talked to a professional earlier.

You are obviously very articulate, intelligent and I think you have an awesome future. 

If you haven't already spotted it we have a Youth Talk forum for members under the age of 18, you might find that area interesting.  But mainly I wanted to say welcome, I'm glad you joined!
