I think as all of us being trans women using the same platform allows us to help each other if there's any kind of misconception or confusion.
I think we should all recommend the best affordable surgeons, that we can know more & more about these doctors. And maybe our suggestions can be super helpful to others :-)

So here is the list of surgeons that I know are very well known (& don't cost those much fancy dollars too)

Comparing surgeons tends to cause arguments and there's no real way of objectively comparing them.

I've not heard of Dr Kotwal before. What do you know about him?

I agree that your choice of wording is going to destroy your topic. There is no best surgeon, people choose different providers for a multitude of different reasons, "Best" for one person isn't "Best" for someone else.

I do not know it the surgeons I went to are the best but they were very good.

I take back that word if it is inappropriate. I was just very tired of looking for the surgeons on internet so I decided to get help from women here, & who do they think are experienced at it

Im the same i want to know who's the best as far as gauranteed satisfactory, to above satisfactory results. I know to make sure the surgery isnt at a teaching hospital/facility. I dont want a student learning and practicing on my face.

I've heard Dr. Spiegel does his surgeries at a teaching hospital and has students do surgeries.

I had FFS with Dr. Spiegel (He is the department chair at Boston University). My FFS was done at Mount Auburn Hospital (One of Harvard Medical Schools). He had his fellow assist with the operation. Dr. Spiegel did a very good job on my face. I still need a little soft tissue work but that is not his fault. It is something I want. I want some bucosal fat removed, brow lift and a little fat removed at another location next to my nose on each side minor tweaking.

I am going to Dr. Sadaloff. He is the department chair at Drexel University school of Medicine. I worked with his fellow already for about one hour of testing. The outpatient procedure will be done at Hahnemann Hospital. His fellow will assist. During my 2 hours of testing the doctor had 5 other doctors with him including his fellow.

I work at a teaching quaternary care / research hospital and am use to fellows working with doctors on patients.
