Rush sounds WAY more awesome after a few months on HRT.

So far it has been 2112, Hemispheres, and A Farewell To Kings.  (I swear the only drugs I have taken today are HRT and dayquil)

Dayquil will do that to you all the time.  Trust me, Dayquil is bad for your health :P
All the worlds a joke, and the people, merely punchlines

Probably that life is more awesome on HRT without all that background noise.

I'm thinking La Villa Strangiato on auto repeat for a hour or so.

I've been a rush fan for 38 years, but I have no experience with e. My favorite albums are moving pictures, grace under pressure and hold your fire. Signals and counter parts have good songs. Permanent waves too. That's a classic and their breakout album.

Tapatalk is threatening me! It just showed an advert entitled "six weeks and your manlyhood is back for good!" What did I ever do to you, Tapatalk?

:

April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Think outside the voice box!

That's funny Dee. Tap talk doesn't like me either. It suddenly decided to email every notification.

I'm thinking I need one more post so I can get to 15 at long last. 15 posts is a very long time for someone who has very little to say like me.

I'm no longer in therapy. I haven't been for three years. When I was I was still having difficulty remembering much of my childhood. This morning I remembered an incident from about age ten. Two of the girls in my neighborhood invited me to play with them. I felt honored.

Girls and boys, when I was growing up would play games in large groups but in small groups they separated by apparent sex. In that kind of play I was always with the boys although I felt awkward and out of place. I had no idea that I was a girl at that time. In the 60's in the Midwest the concept of transgender was non-existent.

They led me behind the garage where they wanted me to drop my pants. I refused because one of my mother's friends lived across the alley and I was sure I would get caught. Denied, they chased me away.

So far that's the earliest memory I have of being sexually objectified.

The last couple of days I've been thinking, I'm definitely trans. That and I only like Strictly Come Dancing for Craig's harsh criticisms (I don't like it, but my mom does). Also, November is not too early to start drinking mulled wine. Oh, and I really want a nose piercing when I start living full time, it's a requirement

I have a nose piercing, and I'm a guy! [emoji57]

Why do I have to get out of bed?  Its Sunday and I'm comfy and warm.  Never mind that its 2pm!

I've been (mentally) correcting people when they call me Sean (my male name), also when I'm grouped as part of the 'lads', 'blokes', 'boys', 'guys' or 'men'. I'm learning to hate the word 'men/man'

Maybe start correcting them...whdn you're ready to come out, that is.   They'll eventually get the idea.

Why do I want instant ramen for breakfast?

Well it seems the last person I saw at Exeter for trans evaluation has been "let go" from the service, I can only gather for some sort of professional misconduct, from the tidbits I gathered from another staff doctor who was explaining why I wouldn't be seeing him this time.

That's not particularly encouraging. I had a feeling the sessions weren't really going anywhere and I was being "delayed". Still, if he's gone, hopefully there will be no more of that.

Two things.

Why are estradiol pills various shades of blue instead of pink?

More seriously, having my family around me eventually ended my S.A.D.; now that my family situation is shaky it's back with a vengeance!

Should I come out? Is it too early after only two months of discovery? Should I begin hormones before telling people? Does my mom already think I might be trans? How will my brother react?

These days I'm constantly thinking about my 20 page senior capstone paper that's due next Thursday. Should be working on it, but currently working on catching uup on my Netflix shows!

Hi  Scrubcore, I see that you are new here. So please let me say, Welcome To Susan's Place! Come on in and take a good look around.  Perhaps I can even get you to hop on over to the Introductions Thread and  create a post to tell us a little bit more about yourself so we can get to know you a little better and greet you properly. I'll add some links and information below that can help you get more out of our site. Please take time to become familiar with them especially the RED one as we are always getting questions that are answered there.

Wondering what my neighbor's wild scheme of the week will be  ::)  They are always up to something, mostly trying to get me in trouble

Not sure if it's because I'm trans or what their trip is but It's always something weirdly entertaining that makes no sense LOL
