Sex with a man's penis is more focused on the genitals and orgasm is strong series of contractions. Sex as a woman is more diffused and orgasm is more like a series of short quivering in the vaginal area.
Since you identify as a lesbian, I am assuming that penetration is not in your future. A few post op women who are now heterosexual, report a strong desire for penetration by their loved one and report overwhelming orgasms.
Since we are all different to some degree, you really need to decide how you want to live your life. Some of us describe ourselves as gender fluid, who shift from one gender to another, depending on our immediate desires. If there is any doubt in your mind, I suggest sex as you presently are with someone you really are fond of. Get to know yourself first.
