Hi girls 🤦‍♀️ I need to broach an issue most avoid.  In the last month I've had loose voids in the a.m.  My endo says it may be caused by the increase in estrogen in my system.  I know it's embarrassing, but have anyone else experienced this?

Megan.

Not 'loose' issues,  but when I increased my dosage I certainly had nausea after my doses for a month or so.

Hi Hon,
Diarrhoea, stomach cramps and bloating are all listed side effects of oestrogen supplementation. In my experience  ::) the symptoms settled down after about a week as my body got use to the increase in dose. Remember to keep hydrated if suffering from diarrhoea especially in warm weather.

Also the usual warnings - if symptom persist see the Dr - and keep close to the loo!

Hi Jessica,

I cannot say I've had estrogen cause me this particular problem. It is a crappy subject yes, but not one that necessarily need be a voided. Did your endo suggest anything you might do to remedy the situation?
I do know of the concern it can cause as I have to take enzyme supplement to keep the same and more urgent occurrences from happening to me. It isn't any fun and can be down right inconvenient.

Unfortunately for me it is the opposite... not sure which of the three is causing it, but laxatives became my new best friend...

Hope you feel better soon!

Your a riot Laurie, as far the doctors comments..... "depends" if it runs in your genes it's hereditary.
