I've been gendered correctly many times (and not too),  but at a market today with my female neighbour,  the stallholder addressed us as 'ladies' without a single beat or glance. Gave me a lovely fuzzy feeling [emoji4]

Hi ladies!  I am 68 years old and have been transgendered all of my life but tend to be in the closet.  Do you think it is too late to begin hormone therapy and have an orchiectomy?  (I'd prefer more, but it may not matter that much.)  I'm in Portland, Oregon and am trying to find a surgeon who will perform an orchiectomy.  I'm happy today because I'm wearing female attire, something I should do all the time.   Monica
It's never too late!

:

April 22, 2015, the day of my first face to face pass in gender neutral clothes and no makeup. It may be months to the next one, but I'm good with that!

Being transgender is just a phase. It hardly ever starts before conception and always ends promptly at death.

They say the light at the end of the tunnel is an oncoming train. I say, climb aboard!

Funniest things I heard today were the nicknames people give HRT:

- Tit Tacs
- Fem & M's
- Injectrogen
- Breast mints
- Wh***-moans
- Transquilizers
- Estra-darts
- Anticistamines

Ahhh, I can't stand it! People are so incredibly creative. Fem & M's!!  :D :D :D

I went hiking today with a group of friends from "before".  There were four photo-ops on the trail and the pictures were posted on Facebook an hour or two ago.  When I looked through them at first glance even I thought I was a girl.  I needed to look at my clothes before I realized which one was me.

If that's not reaffirming, I'm not sure what is.

My favorite out of them all. Anticistamines comes in second. XD

When I got up today without clothes on and walked past my wardobe (which is a huge mirror on the outside), I felt so exhausted and spent that I forgot to look away (I never look at myself naked unless I have underwear on to cover up dysphoric bits). WOW. My hips.. my body has become so womanly... I always had a girly waist (was on the lower spectrum of normal T levels when I began HRT, so I think that's why), but now it's so much more accentuated.

Almost 2 years on oestrogen is REALLY paying off.

P.S. TBH I was nude and exhausted because I was 'exploring' my body... I'm finally getting into the swing of things but now I can go over and over so much that I lose track of time... I'm talking like a couple hours without even realising... Before HRT it was like one intense orgasm, and it took no longer than 20 mins, then I got on with my day. Those days are gone.. now it's more a series of multiple more 'mellow' orgasms...can't wait to see how it feels after SRS. Sorry if that was TMI.

So maybe that's two things that made me happy today... LOL

Although I have kind of given up on transitioning, I am still growing my hair out  and recently I decided to take a little more care in my appearance, shaved off my 'beard' (just long stubble really) and had my hair tied back for the first time since it's finally long enough and I got called 'miss' by a customer lol, they corrected them self after but it did make me laugh and secretly inside kind of happy.
