Hi Anisha Try to think where your mom doesn't go into. Back when I was a kid I use to hide my girly paraphernalia under a wash tub in the woods. The woods was my favorite place to go to dress up and play out my part in some fantasy or another. When I got older I even wrote stories about those fantasies. There was another good place I use to have for my paraphernalia. There was a loose upright piece of paneling that opened up into a space between ceiling and upstairs floor. Pretty near any house has such hiding places. Sorry for the belated response hon.

The best place is always the most obvious and in your face.  Short of putting it out on display, make a piece of art.  Or a container of some kind.  Put it right on your desk.  Leave it there for a while with nothing in it.  If asked, call it art.  Once asked wait a little bit longer.   One day you will be able to tell if it was looked at.  Eventually move it to the side of the room like on a dresser or drawers.  Then surround it with other mundane items.  CD's, books etc.. dont bury it though.   You've now created a stable object that everyone knows about but doesnt think twice on.

We call it conditioning.

It's also why parents eventually stop asking you how your day at school was if all you ever say is.. "FINE"

Enjoy!
