So here are some close-ups of my face. Sorry about the quality, it's the selfie-cam from an old kindle fire. I'm not out yet so I don't want girl pictures on my ipad that I take to work with me.
The first is about 3 weeks into HRT

And the second is this evening (3 months 8 days)

its interesting both how much you can see, and how much you can't. I've lost just under 4 pounds since that picture was taken. I think my eyes are the weirdest change, though it almost looks like my nose got smaller. What do y'all think?

Nose looks smaller and overall face shape is more feminine. Lovely cheeks!

In my opinion, the lighting in the second photo is softer with a lot less contrast. It does make you look more feminine. I see a wonderful beginning with only 3 months of HRT.

If you don't mind, keep the same hairstyle and lighting and take a photo every 3 months. You will be glad you did. I did not and that is the only regret I have.

I agree with everyone else. You've got some wonderful feminization going on that will hopefully get even better as the months go by. Enjoy. Lucky you

I guess I already screwed up, because the first one it's a ponytail, the second it's a bun. I have been taking (almost) daily pictures full body, front and profile. Hopefully when I'm ready to go public I can put together a gif of the whole process.

I do not see any difference between the two pictures you posted.

Putting together a gif on your transition is a wonderful idea. I wish I had thought of that.
