Cake, Biscuit or Bread, opinions please?

Gingerbread is more like a biscuit than anything but, it depends on how it is made too. I seen more of a bready version where it is somewhat softer. So biscuit!

I don't really care for gingerbread myself but my dad loves it so I make soft gingerbread cookies and a gingerbread loaf. I've also made a gingerbread cake before.

It's good as all that, but why stop there?.  It's also great as ice cream, as a milk shake, tea, beer.  I love ginger bread.  It's the new pumpkin spice, which I also love.

you know how far the universe extends outward? i think i go inside just as deep.

10/11/18 - out to the whole world.  100% friends and family support.
11/6/17 - came out to sister, best day of my life
9/5/17 - formal diagnosis and stopping DIY in favor if prescribed HRT
6/18/17 - decided to stop fighting the trans beast, back on DIY.
Too many ups and downs, DIY, purges of self inbetween dates.
Age 10 - suppression and denial began
Age 8 - knew I was different

I don't care for ginger bread and stuff like that but I do like crystallized ginger. I make it a lot. It's also really good for nausea.
