Just got dolled up for my therapy appointment (last of the year with christmas hustle probably), looked in the mirror and realized again that even pre HRT(still waiting on shipment, it's a great time of year to be ordering meds  ), I have a shockingly feminine figure (overweight, but still feminine). Though I am hoping I lose some thigh fat still, without male clothes that hang off me weird straightening my profile I have hip curves and stuff! Just a nice little reminder that I'm not a lost cause, because sometimes it's hard to not feel like it.

Well last night I talked with my cousin for 3.5 hours we talked about everything in our lives and she is happy with me and accepts me for who I am and has no issues. We talked till 2:30 this morning and she thinks thank I have a lot of my moms features and she loves the name I picked out Natalie Ashlyne Brooke and I took my moms maiden name as well.

Lol I posted on a few but I wish I had a better pic I totally forgot that I did that as I posted those in may I think. I have change a lot since than and better with make up. Would I date Onision I don't think so he is cute but married lol I don't like to share. I did it just to see if I can get a pic on his channel and I did so I was happy just for that.

The one co-worker who knows my secret took me out to lunch at a Japanese restaurant. The last time I ate at a Japanese restaurant was...never. The food was good, but my fortune cookie was even better. It said 'An investment in yourself will pay dividends for the rest of your life.'

A week in Orlando, Florida and gendered correctly 100% of the time.  NO mistakes.  YIPPEE!
Now back to COLD Chicago   (okay I'm not happy about that part.)

My happy is not tg related, but it's my happy nonetheless.  I collect videogames and today two were released as limited runs.  I had forgotten about it.  when I remembered, I got a copy of each minutes before they were sold out.  whew!  Now happy:)

I went to my interview today.  It was at a place that I had previously interviewed as Steve.  I walked through the door, and the executive director didn't even bat an eye at my make up, or the fact that all but my shoes were female attire.  Also....it wasn't an interview; it was to receive the job offer!  Still got offered the job.....as Claire!


I know you can't see it, but I've got one giant grin going.  No wincing this time either.

I'll answer to both.  I am using Artesia for most of my online forum names now.  You can also find me on tabletop gaming forums as Megatrons2nd or video game forums as ZakuBeta.

Yesterday I reached out to an old friend that had shut me out well over a year ago, he and his wife could not handle the changes in our lives. They stopped by this afternoon to chat a bit...don't know where this may lead but it is bringing tears as I write this.

That is awesome Claire!! This is the sort of story that gives the rest of us hope.

Went and saw a friend in hospice, had an average game of golf then got a full evening of  being Sue. Sad start but geat finish. Goodbye Kev, love you mate. ❤️❤️
