Well today is the day i started all my meds i been on spironolactone for  a week and my estradiol came in this morning from a pharmacy my doctor uses. So my journey begins

Enjoy! I recommend taking pictures today, because it's fun to see the accumulation of small changes after a few years.

I also took detailed measurements for a few weeks.  But haven't kept it up.

Its been a week mind wise i can feel a change. I did do measurement too so it be intersting to see how slow or fast the changes start
