I went to the county courthouse yesterday (the same place where my name change hearing was) to work on my passport paperwork, and the security guys were smiling and nice as always. I always set off the metal detector, so I have to get "wanded" and was asked to step over here, ma'am. Then upstairs in the office the clerk was busy with another customer, and when she was done, she called out, "are you ready, sweetie?" [emoji5]

I was asked out on a date on New years eve, by a really hot guy that visits his family where I work, The girls at work said they are jealous and to go on the date but I am working. I am not sure if I am ready to go on my first date with a guy yet.

first off, reading this thread today is making me happy, congrats everyone!

as for me, I'm going out in public tonight dressed as myself for the first time in like 3 months! i'm nervous but excited, I'm going to a drag show with a few girlfriends, we are celebrating my one friend passing some test she needed to get certified to work clinicals with her new degree! she passed it this morning and I'm super happy for her! I also got some new clothes today and I got a top that really ties together a few outfits I have, I feel way more confident in my clothes for tonight now!

I'm not feeling well today, someone at work shared a cold with everyone. However, I am wearing my first piece of jewelry. It is a small (1/4 inch wide) silver bracelet that says 'Find Joy in the Journey'. Feeling it on my wrist and reading the inscription makes me happy.

I had an amazing time last night!! I had a few glasses of wine (I know I posted about having issues with this recently, but I was having fun and celebrating last night) and I think I'm done with drinking for a while. I drank slow but it still ended up giving me a stomach ache and I couldn't sleep well, and I didn't even really catch much of a buzz. Anyways, I had a great time at the drag show I went to, I had no issues from anyone there and I didn't run into anyone I know (aside from my friends of course), and I think my makeup is the best it ever looked! I'm gunna post pics in my HRT thread!

Meeting someone last night and we are going on our first date January 2,2018.Her name is Korey and met her through my brother Bobby.She is a lesbian,a genetic female and I asked her on a date which she said yes.She knows I am a pre op and will have the gender corrective surgery when it happens.I am her first transsexual girlfriend and we are both excited about our first date.

I woke up happy. Just... really, really happy. That is all.

You may have seen this when I mentioned it elsewhere, but my anthem and inspiration while coming out was the theme song from Star Trek Enterprise, Faith of the Heart. Enough said.

I'm in the same boat. Just not feeling up to it yet even though emotionally I've been craving companionship and closeness. I feel like I'm frustrated sexually in a way now lol

My understanding sister bought me a new black plunge bra for Christmas, the one I wanted with a wide 3 hook deep back band and wide straps.

It wasn't available in A cup, so she got it in B cup, plus a pair of silicone cleavage enhancers to make up any voids.

But after swooping and scooping, I can easily fill the B cups with my own boobs!

Thanks and Korey also knows I have been transitioning for a year.She has the huge heart for transsexual women knows I made my decision liking women only

I had this dream last night, well its more of a recurring dream actually

i ended up in my body from a parallel universe, where i was born female, but i read my journal and spent a day there and it seemed like everything was the same, even down to the dysphoria (ie same people,family, situation, etc wanting to be a guy, feeling trapt, alone etc, i was just as geeky as i am here), the only difference being is that i was born female in this universe, and somehow i was able to chat with her/him and we agreed to stay in our swapt universes and then i woke up

made me feel really happy until i realized im a boy again when i woke up

While I was out I got my first phone call for Stephanie, from a florist advising that they'd made a delivery to my home. It was a bouquet from my little sister to her big sister.

I got commissioned to make a copy of a sculpture I designed years ago.  It feels good to cap off 2017 with a sale.
