I'm hesitant to go on T because, even though I'm okay with all the typically "unwanted" changes, I'm afraid of what my downstairs might end up looking like so I'd appreciate it if some of you could tell me about your experience - when did it start growing, how much did it grew in how long, etc...

Starting noticing it growing within a few months on T. Now I'm  2 years on T the growth has stopped and I guess it's now 2 inches long maybe (never measured it) and that's about the average. It looks just like a cut penis. It's definitely made me feel more confident and comfortable about my bottom parts.

Hi, ohlluca!

Welcome to Susan's.

Sorry, I can't help you with your T question, being of the opposite gender, but I saw that this was your first post and wanted to welcome you.  I am sure more FTM guys will be along soon who can answer your questions.

Please feel free to stop by the Introductions forum to tell the members about yourself.  Here is some information that we like to share with new members:

It grew about half an inch in the first three months and not at all since. I've been on T for a year now. I was on the small side to begin with, so my anatomy still looks like a perfectly average cis woman. From what I understand, I'm an outlier, but it just goes to show that you can never really know for sure what to expect.

I could feel the change within the first few weeks. Became incredibly uncomfortable and oftentimes painful over the first couple of months. While I could feel it, it did make my bottom dysphoria a lot worse so just bear that in mind. Now though I don't get the uncomfortable feeling so often and I haven't measured but think I get to about 2 inches hard. I was very small pre-T and now the head is well out of the shaft even when I'm soft so it does look a bit like a mini cis dick.

What is it you're worried about?

I noticed growth pretty much right away after starting taking T, or within the first two weeks or so. It was physically uncomfortable for me too, cause of it getting more exposed and highly sensitive and rubbing against clothes and/or my packer. It both increased and decreased my bottom dysphoria somehow. It stopped growing after I had been of T for around 2-2,5 years, I don't remember exactly. Been on T for 4,5 years + 1 year now. Growth came in spurts, so it wasn't gradual. It's final length is 1 inch (2,5 cm and 3 cm hard. I have measured it) and looks like an uncut penis but with the inner labia attached to it underneath. Those grew a bit as well for me. As far as I understand my size is just below average. It was quite big for a cis woman pre-T, but not very. Big enough for me to see it clearly without trying to. So, the original/starting size doesn't necessarily predict the final size.

In my experience it grew very quickly, but I didn't have any problems with it rubbing on anything. It's about 1.5 in. long not erect after 1 year of the hormone, and I think it may still be expanding. Didn't see anything else around it growing, unlike others, and I had expected that but it hasn't happened so far.

I had small female anatomy before I took any testosterone, a notably small clitoris and generally small in other areas as well, so T seems to have worked quite significantly on it. It just looks a lot like a somewhat miniaturized penis, without the hole ofc, and it (mis)behaves like one as well.

I imagine you're probably worried it will look freakish and bizarre, I worried about the same thing myself before HRT. Honestly I barely think about it in that way after T. It's fine, it works, all of it works, and if I decide later to get things changed around, it looks like they will have enough to work with. I'm actually kind of fond of it now. It's my dick, I think of it like that, what can I say. I'm cool with that.

Mine grew noticeably within 3 days. After 3 months I had to stop T, and it shrank some. But not back to before size. I am back on t 3 weeks now and it has exceeded original growth.

I felt something happening in the downstairs department within a few days and some growth. I'm almost 2 months on T now and from the base of my business, I'd say I've got nearly an inch. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about that before I started, but I'm happy so far.
