Spironolactone Has negative effects after orchiectomy or is low dose is good because androgens produced by the adrenals In to follow up feminization?

This is very case dependent. Most people don't require Spiro after surgery however there appears to be a small number around 10% who continue to have high testosterone levels for a short while after surgery. The only way to know for sure is to have your blood levels checked.
